Easy fit.

1 Pull the sock over your foot (see Fig. 1). The gap in the brace for the heel can make it easier to put on the sock.
2 Put the plastic stiffener under the centre of the heel making sure it is not under the hollow of the foot.
3 Put your foot on the floor at an angle of 90 degrees to your lower leg. 4 Take the back tape marked ( through the last eye of the stiffener (see Fig. 2). Tighten the tape and fasten the Velcro. Ensure the stiffener stays vertical.
5 Now take the front tape marked (( through the front eye of the stiffener and fasten it (see Fig. 3). If the stiffener presses against your ankle bone you will need to adjust the tapes.
6 Fasten the pale blue power net and hold the part with the soft Velcro against your ankle. 7 Adjust the tension of the power net using the end of the hard Velcro and fasten (see Fig. 4).

Easy wash.

The PSB Ankle Brace is easy to care for and can be washed at up to 40 degrees C in the washing machine. Higher temperatures should be avoided, as they will damage the elastic materials. 

Correct application.

Fit the stiffener so that it goes along the back of the ankle bone. This will prevent it from pressing on the ankle bone or the sensitive hollow of your foot when you move.

Only wear the PSB Ankle Brace in well fitting sports shoes and ensure that the stiffener is always on the inside of the ankle.

If you feel continuous pressure under your heel, check to ensure that the stiffener is correctly in place. Experience shows that the pressure will disappear after a number of training sessions.

Before use, check whether your sport brace shows any signs of damage or wear, which will reduce pressure and efficiency.
