I wore both products for a middle distance triathlon (Monaco111, TriStar) and in lots of training; when exiting the water the garment held hardly any water and were dry before I got to the bike. As I said before the quad guards played up a little bit with both the biking and the running, but they really felt like they were holding tight and reducing muscle vibration. I then ran a marathon in the calf guards but opted out of using the quad guards through worry of getting sore. During the whole run the calf guards were awesome, more importantly I believe they were the main cause in a calf strain not worsening during the event!! trifinder.co.uk
